When I was a kid, the illustrations in my father’s outdoor magazines were about the only art I ever saw. For a while I thought I’d like to be an illustrator.
I’ve been an avid bird and animal watcher all my life. When I was younger, I hunted and fished a lot, and was even a guide for a time.
These paintings are acrylic on canvas or board, and gallery wrapped rather than framed.
